Delivery and Returns Policy

DELIVERY

 

We always aim to deliver within 3 - 7 days of purchasing the item, however, please allow up to 21 days

 

All items purchased are sent to You, the customer, via a postal service with Track and Trace with Insurance cover. You will receive confirmation of the item being sent and relevant information regarding delivery, tracking an estimated time of deliverly.

 

All items are securely packed and sent through a known delivery service (Royal mail, Parcelforce, Evri, DPD).  Images will be taken of the package/s before being sent to show what to expect.

RETURNS

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns within 21 days of purchase. You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • We do not cover the cost of the return.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Contact the seller to enquire about returning your item

  • Repack the item and return to the sender using trace and tracking with insurance cover, akin to the original delivery in-case it is lost in the post

  • Once the item has been received and checked we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method.

 

Additional Information:

  • Allow 7 to 21 days for completion of the refund

  • Return shipping fees are payable by the customer (Track and Trace with compensation insurance cover)

  • If an item has been lost and trace and tracking has been used to return the item, after investing via the relevant postal service and compensation, you will receive your refund in full.
